The University of Papua New Guinea (UPNG) Selection list or acceptance list for undergraduate studies for school leavers will be released by DHERST (PNG Department of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology). The selection list will be also available on the links above or at the end of this post. The university will also release the selection list for Non school leavers and Post Graduates.

Enrolment and Applications
UPNG accepts students through three ways. These are
Every year in August, the university calls for applications from non school leavers and international students. Students must fill out the Non School leavers forms and send them to the university. Check out : How to Apply to UPNG
School leavers application is through the NOAS (National Online Application System) run by the country's higher education department.

Selection list or Acceptance List for UPNG
For the school leavers (Grade 12s) must apply to the University of Papua New Guinea through the NOAS. The online system does the online selections for UPNG.
The requirements to enter the University of Papua New Guinea are : A and B grades in the Grade 12 Examination Results. That is GPA of 3 and above. (Check out how to calculate GPA for UPNG)
Spaces are limited and the competition is very high to enter UPNG. check out why PNG students miss out on tertiary selections.
After the selections of school leavers are processed by NOAS application, the selection list or sometimes the called acceptance list for UPNG is released by the DHERST. At this moment, the DHERST has finalised the acceptance list but is yet to release it to the public. You can access the list on the link below once it is available. (The link is not yet active)
