Australian Scholarships Awards for Vanuatu Nationals
Australia is one of the top destination for Vanuatu Students for tertiary Studies. Vanuatu students study in Australia on private or Australian Government Scholarships. Here are details of Australian Scholarships Awards for Vanuatu Nationals.
Australia has provided development assistance to Vanuatu for many years. Long-term scholarships, providing opportunities for Ni-Vanuatu to study in Australia and other countries in the Pacific region, have been an important part of this assistance. Australia Awards Scholarships address human capacity needs in Vanuatu and build people-to-people links.
The Program operates under a Memorandum of Understanding between the Governments of Australia and Vanuatu and is managed by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). Each year DFAT reviews Program activities and achievements from the past year and uses these lessons to set directions for the following year.
The Australian Government values contributions from all people. It seeks equity and broad participation by all groups in society: women, men, people with disabilities and people living in all provinces.
